For them, enjoying our products means returning to an ancient pleasure, which stems from the unique flavour of natural and healthy ingredients, mixed with that of the typical sociability of our region. Our customers, for the most part, become loyal friends and the best ambassadors of the Italyheart Ecofamily.
HOW WE WORK
The goal of Italyheart is to improve the quality of life of our “friends”, or at least to make it more enjoyable. How? Reviving the style and kitchen of the Umbrian peasant family, characterised by healthy and natural food, without preservatives and chemical dyes, and the pure simplicity of each and every dish, as well as the pleasure of sharing it. For this reason, we have chosen the best artisan producers in the region, bringing together a collection of typical agri-food products within a single brand, Le Birigotte, which are entrusted to Italyheart for packaging and marketing at just the right time. Alongside these, other products are found in our Pantry, personally chosen from other areas of the region and the country, to offer an even broader range of flavours, fully in line with our principles.

ITALYHEART, THE GOOD OIL MILL IN AMELIA
Amelia’s Italyheart oil mill uses cutting-edge technologies, which allow for sustainable and safe production, synonymous with the quality of our extra virgin olive oil.
Technologies
In Amelia’s Italyheart oil mill, the Leopard extractor (Pieralisi Circular Thinking) with MPD (multi-phase decanter) technology is in operation. Leopard is the only two-phase centrifugal extractor, capable of combining modern cold extraction technology, with controlled temperature, without the addition of water, with split processing. It allows, therefore, for outstanding quality of the oil extracted, a higher yield and reduced consumption, of both water and energy. For the cleaning of the olives, we rely on Mercuri Srl advanced technology systems.
Production
In addition to the production of Umbria PDO extra virgin olive oil that we market under our own brand, at the Italyheart oil mill in Amelia we also process olives for third parties, with a just-in-time system, by reservation, with olive collection service if necessary.
“THE FAIRY MILL”– ITALYHEART, THE EXPERIMENTAL OIL MILL – RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE, GUARDEA
The company’s Research and Development Centre is located in the Italyheart “Fairy mill” in Guardea. Here, we use Mori Tem technology, in particular the Tecnotem line, for high-quality results. At the “Fairy Mill” each year, our L’Infinito oil comes into being, obtained in a limited quantity, exclusively from Rajo olives, which are only found in the Amerino-Narnese-Orvietano area.
ECOSOLIDARITY
Italyheart’s company statute formally undertakes to reserve 2% of the company’s annual profits for solidarity initiatives, which are chosen directly by the members of the Ecofamily.
We ask all customers of the restaurant C’era una volta in Amelia, all those who buy products from our Amelia store or our online shop, and, in general, those who join the Ecofamily to choose which of the charity actions they want to join. Simply fill in the appropriate coupon (which you will receive from our staff) and insert it into one of the four urns of the Well of Life. Then leave it to us to worry about the money!

Italyheart, il Frantoio dell’olio buono, Amelia
Il frantoio Italyheart di Amelia utilizza tecnologie all’avanguardia, che permettono una produzione sostenibile e sicura, sinonimo di qualità del nostro olio extra vergine di oliva.
Tecnologie
Nel frantoio Italyheart di Amelia è operativo l’estrattore Leopard (Pieralisi Circular Thinking) con tecnologia DMF, Decanter Multi Fase. Leopard è l’unico estrattore centrifugo a due fasi, capace di coniugare la moderna tecnologia di estrazione a freddo, con temperatura controllata, senza aggiunta di acqua, alla lavorazione partitaria. Permette, quindi, una qualità eccelsa dell’olio estratto, una resa più alta e consumi ridotti, sia idrici che energetici.
Per la pulizia delle olive ci siamo affidati ai sistemi a tecnologia avanzata Mercuri Srl.
Produzione
Oltre alla produzione di olio evo Dop Umbria che commercializziamo a marchio proprio, nel frantoio Italyheart di Amelia si effettua anche lavorazione delle olive conto terzi, con sistema just in time, su prenotazione, con servizio di ritiro delle olive se necessario.
“Il Mulino delle Fate” – Italyheart, il Frantoio sperimentale – Centro Ricerca e Sviluppo, Guardea
Nel frantoio Italyheart “Il Mulino delle Fate” a Guardea ha sede il Centro Ricerca e Sviluppo dell’azienda. Qui utilizziamo tecnologia Mori Tem, in particolare la linea Tecnotem, per risultati di elevata qualità.
Al “Mulino delle Fate” nasce, ogni anno, il nostro olio L’Infinito, ottenuto in quantità limitata, esclusivamente da olive Rajo, presenti solo nel comprensorio amerino-narnese-orvietano.
Ecosolidarietà
Lo statuto di Italyheart prevede formalmente di riservare il 2% dell’utile aziendale, ogni anno, a iniziative di solidarietà, che vengono scelte direttamente dai membri della Ecofamiglia tra quelle proposte.
A tutti i clienti del Centro Degustazione C’era una volta in Amelia o a tutti coloro che acquistano i prodotti nel nostro punto vendita di Amelia o nello shop online, in generale a chi entra a far parte della Ecofamiglia, chiediamo di scegliere a quale delle iniziative benefiche, tra quelle proposte, debba essere devoluta la percentuale di utile aziendale. È sufficiente compilare l’apposito tagliando (che viene consegnato dal nostro personale) e inserirlo in una delle quattro anfore del Pozzo della vita presente nel punto vendita di Amelia. I soldi, poi, ce li mettiamo noi!
